Agreement

By using hbar.work or engaging in mentorship services, you agree to these terms. hbar.work is operated by hbar.systems.

Nature of Services

hbar.work provides paid mentorship services focused on building systems with AI. This is educational mentorship, not employment, consulting, or a guarantee of specific outcomes.

Intellectual Property

Your work is yours. You retain full ownership of all projects, code, and materials you create during mentorship. We claim no rights to your work.

Teaching materials, frameworks, and methodologies shared during mentorship remain the intellectual property of hbar.systems but may be used freely in your own work.

Payment

Mentorship fees are agreed upon before engagement begins. Payment terms and refund policies are discussed during the initial call.

Confidentiality

We treat all mentorship discussions and your project details as confidential. We will not share your work or ideas without explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

Mentorship is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results, employment outcomes, or project success. You are responsible for your own decisions and implementations.

Termination

Either party may end the mentorship relationship at any time. Refund terms for prepaid sessions will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
